Many years ago I got a job at a major publishing house. They published some of the most popular publications in the field of architecture and design. I took the position of the seller of advertising space in one of these magazines. I was an inexperienced seller and the theme of architecture and design was quite unfamiliar to me. I quickly learned at the new position, the staff was very nice and interesting to me to comprehend the new job. The task of the Sales Manager was, of course, sell, sell and sell again. We were the labor of bees, which makes money.

I quickly became acquainted with all potential customers, and soon I began to show good financial results. The employer was very serious about the professional level of their managers and periodically organizes training on sales techniques. At these trainings, I realized that selling is a science and art. Of course, not every person can sell, because it's needed for this, as the personal qualities and knowledge of human psychology.
I carry ability to personal qualities to communicate with people, ability to speak and formulate the thoughts, to possess sense of humour and to possess internal energy. At first sight, these qualities are inherent in many people. But it is one thing to be so, and quite another to use these qualities, include their abilities at the right time.
It's not as easy as it seems. Professional trainers have told us about the psychology of people, about techniques that will help persuade another person to accept your point of view, to give you my voice. Gradually, we learned the techniques of sales, which will positively affect the level of our revenues. I've traveled around the world participated in international exhibitions and conferences.
So has passed three years, and there was a question on the further career growth and change of a kind of activity. I would like to develop new business, to seek new opportunities. It's one thing when you have a specific product, but there are new ideas and willingness to implement them. Later I worked in a large marketing companies, but always there was the question: how to sell an idea or product, who is able to do so. Different companies had different approaches.
Many companies have created their sales department. Again and again the employer is faced with the problem of training or repurchase of sales managers from other companies. It was an eternal pursuit. In one of my trips I met a sales manager of services at one of exhibition stands. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and knowledge of the subject. Of course, I asked how he achieved such good results?
To my surprise, he was invited by the manager of the Sales Cydcor. I was very glad of this method of sales, there were a lot of advantages. Returning home, I spoke at a meeting with a proposal for cooperation with this company. My boss was grateful to me for the wonderful advice and now we are actively cooperating with them.
